Ik Hou Van U Foundation has a desired ultimate end of, “Fully developed urban and rural communities whose social, health, educational, emotional, spiritual and psychological needs are fully met and whose lives are economically empowered, thus living purposeful and fulfilled lives.”

Mission Statement

In order to achieve its vision, Ik Hou Van U Foundation’s work or mission is, “To reach out to the needs of communities around the world, especially those in Europe, Africa and other Developing regions, beginning in Almere, Netherlands and Nigeria, and enriching their lives spiritually, physically, mentally and socially through developmental, empowerment and skills acquisition programs.

Objectives

In carrying out its work, IHVU will embark on a number of objectives that focus on capacity building and restoration of livelihoods including.

• Provision of clothing, food, medicals, shelter and other forms of physical relief.

• Provision and facilitation for education and access to education.
• Provision and facilitation of Psycho social counseling and behavioral change initiatives.
• Promotion of Intercultural exchange and communication.
• Advocacy for basic needs, human dignity and favorable social, health, labor and migration legislation, including human rights. Smiles on faces and building happy communities.

Strategies

Ik Hou Van U Foundation is strategically poised with passion using the love approach to help the hopeless and disoriented by training them, in skills, mentoring them and if possible sending them to higher levels of capacity to perfect their skills and put to work what they are best at.

Helping mothers in delivery by providing disposable cramp packs/ towels free for them and giving their children necessary support.

Literacy programs for all by provision of free books, School bags, writhing pad, computer, electronic gadget to help them access information and education.

Sensitization and creation of awareness that  a crime free society  starts with our effort of living a life of fulfillment and spreading  love to others.
